BREAKING NEWS: Lucy Durack and Jemma Rix who previously appeared together as “Glinda The Good Witch of the North” and “Elphaba The Wicked Witch of the West” in the Australian and Asian Tour companies of WICKED The Musical are recreating their witchy roles but in the story where we first knew about them. Both Australian actresses will be appearing in the Australian production of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s acclaimed production of The Wizard of Oz – The Musical this Fall.
The production will also star legendary acclaimed Australian actor Anthony Warlow as “The Wizard” plus a rising newcomer as “Dorothy. It will play limited engagements in Qpac and Sydney this Holiday season.
Durack and Rix are also making history as the only 2 actresses to have played the same witches in both stories of Oz we all know in love.
