BREAKING NEWS: Grammy and Tony nominee Josh Groban is heading back on the road in support of his upcoming new album this Fall 2018.
That’s not all, the acclaimed singer (who recently made his Broadway debut last year in Natasha, Pierre, and The Great Comet of 1812) will be joined alongside BFF Tony Award winner Idina Menzel (WICKED The Musical, Rent, Glee, Frozen, and the upcoming Skintight at Roundabout Theatre Company).
The tour entitled BRIDGES TOUR is expecting to kick off in Duluth, GA on October 18th, 2018 and will end in our very own NYC backyard at Madison Square Garden (aka The Garden) on November 18th, 2018. Check below to see if Groban and Menzel are coming together to a city near you.
Groban and Menzel are no strangers to working with each other. They have been friends and known each other for 11 years. They first met in 2007 when Groban invited Menzel as a special guest during his concert at The Mermaid London. A year later, Menzel invited Groban to join her on stage as a special guest on her first ever PBS concert filmed at Jazz at Lincoln Center in 2008 (for the show SOUNDSTAGE). At the same time that very same year, they both went on to star opposite each other as “Anatoly Sergievsky” and “Florence Vassy” in the acclaimed 25th Anniversary concert production of the cult classic Chess – The Musical at London’s Royal Albert Hall (which is available on CD and DVD). Since then, they continued to perform and support each other’s charity works.
