NO ONE EVER LEAVES A STAR! It’s also a bittersweet day as another one of the best shows from this past 2016-2017 season comes to an end.

Today, the acclaimed Broadway revival of the English National Opera’s semi-staged production of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s timeless musical Sunset Boulevard (starring Glenn Close reprising her 1995 Tony winning portrayal of “Norma Desmond”) set to have it’s one final close-up as the show ends it’s strictly limited engagement at Broadway’s Palace Theatre. Following it’s final curtain, this revival will have played a total of 152 performances.

52 performances.

With the show’s original Broadway production that ran for 994 performances at Broadway’s Minskoff Theatre, SUNSET BOULEVARD will have played a complete total of 1,146 performances in NYC.

Bravo to the incredible cast, musicians, crew, and creative team on a spectacular run. This show will always be remembered WITH ONE LOOK and thank you for sharing with us that there is always NEW WAYS TO DREAM. Happy Trails!!!
