Howard Kagan (the producer of The Great Comet) also mentioned that Onaodowan does plan to return to the show at a late time.

Onaodowan will play his final performance on August 13th, 2017 (the same day Ingrid Michaelson ends her run as “Sonya”) with Patakin starting on August 15th, 2017 and ending on September 3rd, 2017 at the Imperial Theatre.
