For those who are getting exciting for tonight’s Oscars, you might recognize the following voice during the ceremony. Meet tonight’s live announcer Randy Thomas the Voice Over Artist. She made history as the first female ever to announce the Oscars (8th time tonight), the Emmy Awards, the SAG Awards, and Broadway’s very own Tony Awards (which she is set do once again for the 15th time this June).
In addition to being Awards show announcer, Thomas’ voice is heard has been heard daily by millions of people on Entertainment Tonight, Disney Junior (when it originally was getting started as Playhouse Disney), and much more. She also has a book called VOICE FOR HIRE for all aspiring voice-over performers.
