Our very own Hamilton: An American Musical has just joined the roster of musicals having to win both the Tony and Olivier for Best New Musical. They won 7 tonight!!! Congrats to Hamilton West End.
The Ferryman Play (which is coming to our Broadway backyard next season) took home 3 Awards including Best New Play.
London’s National Theatre’s recent productions have all took home 5 Awards including Best Revival for Angels In America (now on Broadway) and Best Musical Revival (for Follies).

The lauded Lin-Manuel Miranda musical Hamilton led the way at the Olivier Awards 2018 ceremony, collecting seven awards from its record-breaking thirteen nominations.
