This past September 2018, the Broadway community lost one of the most unique and unbelievable talents of all time… 3 time Tony Award nominated powerhouse Marin Mazzie. In paying tribute to her incredible legacy and mark on the Great White Way, Mazzie's husband Jason Danieley (currently in Broadway's Pretty Woman the Musical) is planning to release a Live CD and DVD recording of their final NYC concert together entitled BROADWAY AND BEYOND.
In BROADWAY AND BEYOND, Mazzie and Daniely (a.k.a. BROADWAY'S GOLDEN COUPLE) perform a full diverse selection of Broadway favorites and Great American Songbook standards. Yup, fans of Broadway's Golden Couple can expect to hear songs from their breahtaking Broadway careers (including RAGTIME on Broadway, Passion, Kiss Me Kate, The Full Monty, Curtains the Musical, The Visit Musical, Next to Normal, and more), some of their lifelong favorite songs, and more.
In support of making it all happen, Danieley launched a Kickstarter page to fundraise for Mixing, Engineering
Producing, Musician, Mixing & Mastering, Artwork, and Manufacturing fees. The goal is to raise $20,000. However, it has just been revealed that the goal has been reached but you can still donate now through the end of March 2019.
