As previously announced Phoenix Best (the recent Broadway revival of The Color Purple Musical and last seen as “Eponine” on the current National Tour of the recent acclaimed revival of Les Mis?rables US) has been tapped to join the Broadway cast of the Tony and Grammy winning smash Dear Evan Hansen in the role of the smart, precocious and insufferable “Alana Beck”. Her start date has been officially set for March 13th, 2018 at the Music Box Theatre
Original cast member Kristolyn Lloyd will take her final bow on March 11th, 2018.

Phoenix Best Joins the Cast of DEAR EVAN HANSEN March 13
It has just been announced that Phoenix Best will be taking over the role of Alana Beck in Dear Evan Hansen beginning Tuesday, March 13. Best replaces original Broadway cast member Kristolyn Lloyd, who plays her final performance on Sunday, March 11.
