BREAKING NEWS: A day after her daughter Carrie Fisher’s death, the legendary Debbie Reynolds passed away. We’ve all grown up with her in such iconic performances on stage including Irene (which earned her a Tony nomination), her one woman show Debbie, and Woman Of The Year.
However, it was her roles in Hollywood that made her a star including Singin’ in the Rain, The Unsinkable Molly Brown, The Catered Affair, the voice of the title character in the animated film Charlotte’s Web, and more known to younger audiences as Grandma Splendora Agatha Cromwell in Disney Channel’s Halloweentown series.
She will be missed and her powerful presence on stage and screen will live on. RIP Debbie Reynolds.
