FIRST LISTEN: She's wowing audiences in London's West End and now is gearing to bring her acclaimed performance back home across the pond. Check out Tony Award nominee Adrienne Warren and the World Premiere London cast of Tina The Musical in the recording studio performing their take of that showstopping Tina Turner classic RIVER DEEP, MOUNTAIN HIGH from the show's upcoming original cast recording set to be released at a date TBA from Ghostlight Records.
For those who can't make it overseas to see Adrienne Warren playing the legendary QUEEN OF ROCK N'ROLL herself "Tina Turner" 6 times a week at the Aldwych Theatre between now and April 13th, 2019, no worries because she's bringing TINA to Broadway this Fall 2019, A Theater and start date for the New York company will be announced soon.
When Warren departs to gear up for Broadway, the role of "Tina Turner" will be taken over in London's West End by Nkeki Obi-Melekwe (who is currently appearing in the Off Broadway show ALICE BY HEART at MCC Theater beginning April 15th, 2019.
