The Broadway ISLANDERS of COME FROM AWAY is set to reopen at the Gerald Schonefeld Theatre on September 21st, 2021.
At the same time, the highly anticipated filmed proshot will be released on Apple TV+ starting September 10th, 2021.

Meanwhile for those who plan to see the show LIVE, the Broadway production will reopen at the Gerald Schonefeld Theatre starting starting September 21st, 2021. Currently, Come From Away is playing right now in London’s West End and on hold right now in Australia. The US National Tour and sit-down Toronto companies will reopen later this year.
Also on that very same day of the September 10th, 2021 AppleTV+ proshot release, COME FROM AWAY will also be presenting a free ONE NIGHT ONLY concert production in Washington D.C. in front of the Lincoln Memorial.

SCREECH IN! The Award winning phenomenon Come From Away will be celebrating the 20th Anniversary of 9/11 with a one night only concert production in our nation’s capitol of Washington D.C. Set for September 10th, 2021, it will be a FREE CONCERT held on the stairs of the Lincoln Memorial.
Headlining this 100 minute concert of COME FROM AWAY will feature veteran cast members from BOTH the Broadway and North American Touring companies of the show. The lineup will feature….
Julie Reiber (current standby in the Broadway production plus also having appeared in WICKED, Brooklyn, Newsies, and All Shook Up) as “Captain Beverley Bass”, “Annette”, and others,

Casting announced for Broadway return of COME FROM AWAY

SCREECH IN!! Full casting has been announced for the return of the Broadway company of the groundbreaking Award winning smash hit Come From Away. The 9/11 musical’s return will include an amazing lineup of ISLANDERS taking center stage once again on THE ROCK.
From the show’s original cast and the upcoming filmed proshot, the line up will include…..
Joel Hatch as “Claude” and others,
Caesar Samayoa as “Kevin J.”, “Ali”, and others,
Q. Smith as “Hannah” and others,
Astrid Van Wieren as “Beulah” and others,
and
Sharon Donaldson-Wheatley as “Diane” and other.
In addition, fellow original cast member Petrina Bromley will be on a leave of absence for the first few weeks aiming to return to THE ROCK on October 8th, 2021. During that time, her roles of “Bonnie” and others will be played by Pearl Sun.
Along with the original cast, several replacement cast members from the upcoming filmed proshot taking center stage when the show returns to Broadway will include….

Rachel Tucker (Broadway and West End’s WICKED along with The Last Ship) as “Captain Beverly Bass” (the first female pilot of American Airlines), “Annette”, and others which she received an Olivier Award nomination for her performance in Come From Away‘s London production. At the time of the pandemic, the Ireland born performer had just transferred from London company to our very own Broadway cast.
The Broadway production of COME FROM AWAY is expecting to relaunch performances full time at the Gerald Schonefeld Theatre starting September 21st, 2021. Currently, the show is playing right now in London’s West End and on hold right now in Australia. The US National Tour and sit-down Toronto companies will reopen later this year.

SCREECH IN! It has just been announced that the highly anticipated filmed production of the groundbreaking Award winning smash hit Come From Away is set to be released on Apple TV+ starting September 10th, 2021. An official trailer and full casting announcement has also been revealed as well.
The trailer features the cast of the 9/11 musical reunited and bringing this powerful story back to life since being abruptly shutdown on March 12th, 2020…. the night of the show’s 3 YEAR ANNIVERSARY of its Broadway debut. This filmed performance also did have a LIMITED SEATING LIVE AUDIENCE as well. The audience was made up of the brave men and women that have been working on the frontlines along with real life survivors of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
