DEAR EVAN HANSEN’s Ben Platt Tweets Back at Stage Door Complainers

Going to the Theater is so much fun and especially the post-show fun at the Stage Door. However, it does get upsetting when your favorite Broadway star does not come out. Lately, Stage Door Etiquette has been horrible with fans taking on to social media writing HOW DARE YOU messages to their favorite performer for not coming out.

Most people still think that Stage Door is what part of their ticket was for. Let me tell you something, STAGE DOOR IS FREE!!! Also, most people don’t understand is that your favorite performer needs to cool down after having wowed a full crowd for 2 1/2 hours.

The latest victim of mean comments for not coming out was this year’s Tony winning Best Leading Actor in a Musical himself, Ben Platt of Dear Evan Hansen. Check out this beautifully well said post that he wrote on twitter.

Thoughts?!!!
