Will Katharine McPhee Make Broadway Debut This Spring?
BROADWAY TEASE: Acclaimed singer and actress Katherine McPhee is finally heading to Broadway for real in 2018.
The former American Idol runner-up and Smash star made a video on Instagram with Ravi Roth kissing and telling the performer he’ll see her on Broadway.
McPhee is no stranger to the world of Broadway playing the na?ve, green, and talented ing?nue that becomes a rising star “Karen Cartwright” on NBC’s short lived SMASH. On the series, McPhee’s character we all know starts in the pre-Broadway run of the Marilyn Monroe musical BOMBSHELL before jumping into her official Broadway debut in the smash hit Pop/Rock opera HIT LIST.

Karen Cartwright may have already made it to Broadway, but Katharine McPhee has plans to make her debut in 2018. McPhee recently revealed on Instagram that she’ll appear in a Broadway show in just matter of weeks.
