The all new original Broadway cast recording of the smash hit Natasha, Pierre, and The Great Comet of 1812 (starring Josh Groban and Den?e Benton) is set to be released on May 19th, 2017. In addition, you can pre-order the album now.

This marks as the 2nd cast recording of the dave malloy musical. The first recording came out in 2013 of the Off Broadway cast which the show was performed in a pop-up Theatre in the meat packing district of Kazino and later in the Theater district. The Off Broadway production starred Tony nominee Phillipa Soo as “Natasha”, Malloy as “Pierre”, and several cast members who made the show through the entire road to Broadway.
This new recording of THE GREAT COMET will feature new recordings of some of the songs that made it all the way to Broadway plus some of the new songs that were written especially for Broadway including DUSH & ASHES all performed by the cast currently wowing audiences 8 times a week at the Imperial Theatre.
In addition, our very own Michael got to lend his voice with over 200 singers (who are also fans of the show) for a few of the big Ensemble numbers that needed more voices. Congrats Michael on getting to lend your voice for the first time on an original Broadway cast album.
