ON THE MARQUEE: Within these past few years with technology, one of the most popular thing that people use in messages to express an idea or an emotion is an Emoji. You've seen it almost every day and is now a Pop Culture icon. There have been movies and now an original musical here in the New York Theater scene. Yup, this is Emojiland.

For those who may not know, EMOJILAND features an original score and book by Keith Harrison and Laura Schein. It centers on a diverse community of archetypes who take one another at face value. It premiered in 2018 at the New York Musical Festival which it became a GRAND JURY SELECTION. Because of the overwhelming response, the show is now playing Off Broadway at The Duke on 42nd Street. It opened there last month to rave reviews and recently extended its limited engagement through March 18th, 2020.
