The Helicopter is gone. It has just been announced that due to the coronavirus, the current North American National Tour of the 25th Anniversary revival of the legendary Miss Saigon has abruptly ended it's life on the road early. It played its final performance on March 15th, 2020 in Ft. Myers, FL.
The tour (which kicked off in the Fall of 2018) lived THE AMERICAN DREAM traveling across the country for the past 2 1/2 years. It came directly following the triumphant successes of both the London and Broadway engagements. Following the Ft. Myers run, the tour was initially scheduled to continue through the Summer of 2020 in the following cities….
Tampa, Florida,
Orlando, Florida,
Miami, Florida,
Syracuse, New York,
Toronto, Ontario, Canada,
Baltimore, Maryland,
Columbus, Ohio
and then officially wrapping up in Milawauke, Wisconsin.
Thank you for an incredible 2 1/2 year run of wowing audiences with THE MOVIE IN OUR MIND. At the same time, our hearts are broken for everyone in the cast, crew, musicians, and creative team to see this beautiful and iconic musical abruptly come to an end.
