According to word on the street and due to everything going on right now with the continuation of the COVID-19 pandemic, sadly there will be no Broadway Flea Market & Grand Auction this year. Breaks out heart but it will be back once everything is safe again.

For those who may not know, this event is better known as Broadway Christmas. Started in 1987, the Broadway community puts together this Flea Market to raise money for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS (a non-for-profit organization to help men, women, and children dealing with serious conditions including HIV/AIDS). Everything you can imagine from Broadway is being sold for a great cause including past and present playbills, posters, CD's, T-Shirts, autographed material, and even old set pieces, costumes, and props from some of the past and current shows running on Broadway. In addition, several highlights is the famous CELEBRITY TABLE located right outside of Junior's Restaurant & Cheesecake (featuring a lineup your favorite Broadway performers that rotate every hour) and the live auction (where you can bid on some really cool Broadway stuff including tickets to Opening Night performances of new shows, meet & greet backstage opportunities, and the best of all winning a walk-on-role in one of Broadway's current smash hit shows).

We know that it will return in 2021 but we still encourage everyone to help donate to Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS. So important to help those in need especially during this crazy time of the coronavirus.

Thoughts?
Who will miss Broadway Flea this year?
