Earlier this week, we got a very exciting announcement about Andrew Lloyd Webber‘s The Phantom of the Opera returning to its inaugural home in London’s West End this Summer. West End veteran Lucy St. Louis will be making history in the show’s 35 years as the first woman of color to star in the lead role of the young orphaned ballerina turned ANGEL OF MUSIC herself “Christine Daae”.
