NO ME DIGA! LIGHTS UP officially has gone on the highly anticipated NYC revival of In The Heights this Fall. Under the direction of Lucille David Mendizábal, the return of Lin-Manuel Miranda’s debut musical, will be a semi-staged concert production at New York City Center, part of its GALA series, for a 3 week limited run from October 28th – November 15th, 2026.

Matte Martinez (Broadway’s MJ and the upcoming Warriors with Lin Manuel Miranda) in the role of dreamy bodega owener “Usnavi”,
Aaron James McKenzie (Broadway’s MJ and A Beautiful Noise) as dispatcher “Benny”,
Ashley De La Rosa (Broadway’s Mean Girls and Beautiful, plus the National Tour of Hamilton) as the hottest love interest “Vanessa”,
Linedy Genao (Broadway’s On Your Feet, Bad Cinderella, and currently in The Great Gatsby) as salon worker “Daniela”,
Newcomer Jaci Calderon (recently on board in the new Gloria Estefan musical Basura) as college newbie with epic struggles “Nina Rosario,
Ishmael Gonzalez (recently on the National Tour of & Juliet) as everyone’s favorite sassy, superficially lazy, yet ambitious cousin “Sonny”,
Ivan Hernandez (Broadway’s Chicago and currently in Schmigadoon) as business serious making and the overprotected father “Kevin Rosario”,
Celebrated 90’s club singer Veronica Vazquez-Jackson in the role of family breadwinner “Camilla Rosario”,
Ilia Isorelýs Paulino (TV’s The Sex Life of College Girls) as the awkward but gossipy salon worker “Carla”,
Film and TV actor Cedric Leiba Jr as “Piragüero”, better known as “The Piragua Guy”,
Tony Award winner Natalie Venetia Belcon (Broadway’s Rent, Avenue Q, and currently in BUENA Vista Social Club) as the caring, wise, and motherly resident of Washington Heights herself “Abuela Claudia”,

We will walk the same streets that Lin Manuel Miranda lived when he was writing the show, point out key locations from both the stage version and the film, plus burst into some of our favorite songs from the show.
