12 years ago, Lin-Manuel Miranda gave a once in a lifetime opportunity to a 10 year old talent from New Orleans & share his incredible talent on a Broadway stage. His name is Nicholas Dayton.

Today, Dayton is still performing his heart out and following in Miranda's footsteps as a composer, writer, musician, and an actor. He released a debut solo album called POP UP RADIO which is now available on streaming platforms everywhere.

Little throwback Thursday (and just in time this Christmas Eve), here is Nicholas Dayton rapping his heart out on the stage of Broadway's Richard Rodgers Theatre with the cast of Lin-Manuel Miranda's breakout debut musical In The Heights (yup, long before Hamilton). The video itself went viral.

This a reminder to us all that if you have a dream, work hard and never give up. DREAMS COME TRUE!!!

How amazing is that?!!!
