For the past 16 years, the Award winning blockbuster WICKED has been DEFYING GRAVITY for sold out audiences FOR GOOD. The show's story has inspired people to not be afraid in letting their voices be heard. Earlier this past holiday season before the COVID-19 pandemic, the BEWITCHING musical debuted a brand new 4 part episode series called FLYING FREE (sponsored by The ASCAP Foundation).
This series follows 4 rising new songwriters presenting their own original songs inspired by WICKED's powerful story, theme, and messages. The newbie songwriters also have gotten mentored by the show's composer himself Tony, Grammy, and Oscar winner Stephen Schwartz
For this 2nd episode, this new original song was written by Rona Siddiqui called TOKEN GOAT SONG. It's performed by Mykal Kilgore featuring WICKED alumni cast members….
Gizel Jiménez (former "Nessarose" in the Broadway company)
and
Kathryn Allison (former Ensemble member and "Madame Morrible" understudy in the Broadway production).
