BREAKING NEWS: Melissa Benoist (known on TV as “Marley Rose” on Glee and the title role on Supergirl) is set to make her long awaited Broadway Debut as the new leading lady of the Tony and Grammy winning smash hit Beautiful – The Carole King Musical.
From June 7th through August 4th, 2018, Benoist will be taking over the starring role of the Grammy winning singer/songwriter “Carole King” at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre.
The show’s long running leading lady Chilina Kennedy (who just played her 1,000th performance as “Carole” earlier this year) will be taking another full summer leave of absence from the production. She will be taking her final bow the week of June 3rd, 2018. However, Kennedy will be returning to the show in August.
