FIRST LOOK & LISTEN: Broadway heartthrob Aaron Tviet and 2 time Tony nominee Laura Osnes are set to ring in the holiday season in the new Hallmark Original Movie ONE ROYAL HOLIDAY. It will premiere on October 31st, 2020 (a.k.a. Halloween Night) on the Hallmark channel.
In promotion for the film, Osnes (Broadway's Cinderella, Grease, Bonnie & Clyde. and Bandstand) and Tviet (Broadway's Moulin Rouge, Catch Me If You Can, WICKED, and Next to Normal) headed into a recording studio to perform a rendition of the Christmas classic WINTER WONDERLAND. ONE ROYAL HOLIDAY film tells the story of a woman (Osnes) who generously offers a stranded mother and son (Clark and Tveit) shelter during a blizzard, only to find out that they are the Royal Family of Galwick. When the woman teaches the Prince what Christmas is like in her town, he learns how to be true to himself. In addition for Osnes and Tviet, the cast also features Osnes' former Cinderella co-star Tony winner Victoria Clark, Tony nominee Tom McGowan, and Krystal Joy Brown.
