One of our personal favorite highlights from the Oscars last night was when Broadway's very own Tony winner Idina Menzel took center stage to perform the nominated INTO THE UNKNOWN from Frozen 2. However, she had some help during her performance of the song (the reply to her 2014 Oscar winning anthem LET IT GO from the first FROZEN film). Menzel was joined by Aurora (the voice of "The Magical Siren" in FROZEN 2) and 9 international actresses who provide the voice of "Elsa" in their native languages. The lineup consisted of….

Takako Matsu – Japan Elsa (Japanese),
Carmen Garcia Saenz – Latin America Elsa (Latin),

FUN FACT: Verkaik also is best known being the 1st actress to play another iconic Idina Menzel role in 4 companies and 3 different languages herself "Elphaba" in WICKED (Germany, Holland, Broadway, and London).
