Over 10 years ago, 2 time Tony Award winner Sutton Foster released her acclaimed debut solo album WISH from Ghostlight Records. The album featured the versatile stage and screen star (returning to Broadway next year in the revival of The Music Man) performing a unique blend of Musical Theater favorites, pop covers, Jazz standards, and more.

A highlighted track from that album is a moving duet between Foster and her longtime BFF Broadway favorite Megan McGinnis (Broadway's Beauty and the Beast, Off Broadway's Daddy Long Legs, and recently on the tour of Come From Away) called FLIGHT. The song was originally written in the early 90's by Tony Award nominee Craig Carnelia. The arrangement on the album was done by Foster's longtime musical director and friend Michael Rafter. For both Sutton Foster and Megan McGinnis, they have continued to perform this song live in concert (including during majority of Foster's ongoing solo concert tours).

Now, 10 years later since the song was recorded and released, both BFF powerhouses have reunited for the first time IN-PERSON and filmed a music video to accompany the song FLIGHT. With safety COVID-19 precautions, the video features Foster and McGinnis social distancing from each other walking through a driveway on a hill (in the forest). It was directed by Foster's current husband Ted Griffin

Sutton Foster and Megan McGinnis first met in August 2002 performing on Broadway together in Thoroughly Modern Millie. They both later went on to be ASTONISHING sisters together 8 times a week in the musical Little Women on Broadway. Since then, they've gone on to become the best of friends ever since supporting each other's every move.

How beautiful was that duet?!!!
