BREAKING NEWS: The nominations for The 63rd Annual Grammy Awards have officially been revealed today. We are so happy to share with all of you that the best of BOTH Broadway and London's West End have been recognized this year.

This year's nominated Original Cast albums in the category BEST MUSICAL THEATRE ALBUM are as follows….

Alanis Morissette's Jagged Little Pill
David Byrne's American Utopia,
The current Off Broadway revival of Little Shop of Horrors,
The Prince Of Egypt,
&
Soft Power.

Additional Broadway favorites have also been nominated for several categories including….

Lin-Manuel Miranda's Freestyle Love Supreme which is nominated for BEST MUSIC FILM,

and

Harry Connick Jr's TRUE LOVE: A CELEBRATION OF COLE PORTER which is nominated for BEST TRADITIONAL POP VOCAL ALBUM.

In addition, several Movie Musicals have been nominated in the category BEST SONG WRITTEN FOR VISUAL MEDIA including….

Disney's Frozen 2 for the song INTO THE UNKNOWN (for Kristen Anderson Lopez and Robert Lopez who wrote the song and of course our very own Idina Menzel and AURORA who sang it). The film was also nominated for BEST COMPILATION SOUNDTRACK FOR VISUAL MEDIA.

The recent film adaptation of Andrew Lloyd Webber's Cats for the song BEAUTIFUL GHOSTS (written by Lloyd Webber and sung by Taylor Swift),

The film Harriet for the song STAND UP (written and sung by Cynthia Erivo).
