THIS JUST IN: Tony Award winner Ruben Santiago Hudson‘s one man show LACKAWANNA BLUES had its official Broadway Opening Night after all this evening at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre. The show had the last few sets of preview performances and the Opening Night cancelled due to Hudson recovering from a recent back injury.
LACKAWANNA BLUES will continue to play at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre now through October 31st, 2021.
Break a leg Ruben, the band, the crew and creative team.
Thank goodness Ruben is doing ok.
