BREAKING NEWS: Acclaimed actress Natalie Desselle just passed away today at the age of 53 from a private battle with colon cancer. Some of you might have seen her on screen in hit films like BAP*S, Def Jam's How to Be a Player, and on TV's Eve.

However, many of us Musical Theater people might remember her scene stealing performance as the constant scratching, sassy, and feisty wicked stepsister "Minerva" in Disney and ABC's legendary 1997 TV film adaptation of Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella (starring opposite Brandy, Bernadette Peters, Paolo Montalban, Whoopi Goldberg, Victor Garber, Whitney Houston, Jason Alexander, and Veanne Cox).

Our hearts are broken.
Thank you for making us always fluttering our eyelashes.
What an incredible performer.
You will be missed.
RIP
