OH, WHAT A BEAUTIFUL MORNIN' it is to hear something amazing that happened last night. During his tour stop at London's O2, the Award winning versatile stage and screen star Hugh Jackman reunited his full onstage family from the 1998 National Theatre production of Rodgers & Hammerstein?s OKLAHOMA! Early in the first half, Jackman brought the entire company out (including his leading lady Josefina Gabrielle, scene stealer Maureen Lipman to perform the show's iconic title song in honor of the production's 21st Anniversary.

The 1998 revival of OKLAHOMA played the National Theatre before transferring to London's Lyceum Theater and then later came to Broadway in 2002. It was directed by Trevor Nunn and choreographed by Susan Stroman. In addition, the production was captured as initially a film for video production in the UK in 1999 and then later aired on PBS.

FUN FACT: Jackman's current concert tour is directed and choreographed by Tony winner Warren Carlyle (a nominee again this year for KISS ME, KATE) who appeared in the Ensemble of that revival ok OKLAHOMA. From doing the show, the 2 became lifelong friends.

In addition, Jackman auditioned and got his iconic role of "Wolverine" in the X-Men movies while performing in OKLAHOMA.

How amazing is this?
