BREAKING NEWS: The final full casting announcement has been made for the long awaited revival of Once On This Island Broadway. After a nationwide casting search, 18 year old Hailey Kilgore has won her Broadway debut in the lead role of “Ti-Moune” (a role originally made famous by LaChanze).
Kilgore will star opposite an exciting Broadway cast including….
Tony winner Lea Salonga as “Erzulie”,
Phillip Boykin-The Boy Can Entertain as “Tonton Julian”,
Merle Dandridge as “Papa Ge”,
Quentin Earl Darrington as “Agwe”,
Alysha Deslorieux as “Andrea”,
David Jennings as “Armand”,
Kenita R. Miller (as “Mama Euralie”,
Glee favorite Alex Newell (Asaka),
newcomer Isaac Powell as “Daniel”,
and a full Ensemble cast as the storytellers.
The new revival of ONCE ON THIS ISLAND (directed by Tony nominee Michael Arden and choreography by Camille A. Brown) will begin previews on November 9th, 2017 and officially open on December 3rd, 2017 at Circle in the Square Theatre.
