Today is a very bittersweet day as Tony and Olivier Award winner Lea Salonga takes her final bow in the Tony winning revival of Once On This Island Broadway.
Beginning tomorrow night, June 25th, 2018 at Circle in the Square Theatre, Salonga will pass on her crown to Ensemble member and understudy Darlesia Cearcy who takes over the role of “Erzulie: The Goddess of Love” fulltime.
Up next for Salonga, she will be making her way up West to LA starring as “Grace Farrell” in the upcoming Hollywood Bowl concert production of Annie The Musical this July.
