TALKS ARE HAPPENING IN THE UNDERWORLD!!! Everyone's favorite troublemaking bio-exorcist will most likely be planning to stay in the New York Theater scene after all. Not officially confirmed yet but talks are still going on for the plan to transfer Beetlejuice The Musical to Broadway's Ethel Barrymore Theatre this Summer. Meanwhile at the same time, Beetlejuice's creative team are also hard at work with scaling down the production for it's 2021 National Tour…. the team are putting their heads together with possibly doing the same thing if the show moves to the 47th Street Broadway house (currently the home of The Inheritance which closes March 15th, 2020).
As previously announced, BEETLEJUICE (which continues to do well in ticket sales) is scheduled to close at it's current home at the Winter Garden Theatre on June 6th, 2020 to make way for the highly anticipated revival of The Music Man on Broadway (led by Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster) beginning this Fall.
