6 months later, all of Live Theater continues to be dark due to this continuation of the COVID-19 pandemic. Not too long ago, members of the Broadway community reunited via social distancing and wearing their masks for a special tribute to THE CITY THAT NEVER SLEEPS with a showstopping rendition of Kander & Ebb's NEW YORK, NEW YORK.

The tribute was put together by acclaimed Broadway blog The Ensemblist (which celebrates the talented artists who perform in theatre ensembles both on The Great Bright Way and Live Theater everywhere). It was loosely inspired by the 2001 I LOVE NEW YORK commercial where Broadway all came together inspiring tourists to still come and experience Live Theater following the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

We're all in this together!!! Broadway will be back!!!

How beautiful is this?!!
