Earlier this morning, the cast of the 11 time Tony nominated smash hit The Band’s Visit took center stage outside of Studio 1A kicking off Broadway week on Today Show. Check out the cast performing a medley of the musical’s 11:00 number ANSWER ME before the show’s onstage Egyptian Police Band perform their Finale exit music.
At the time THE BAND’S VISIT cast was on the air, Today Show hosts Hoda Kotb and Savannah Guthrie gave the company the big surprise finding out their 11 Tony Awards nominations including Best Musical.
