ON THE MARQUEE: Earlier this week, Broadway said SALAM to some familiar faces as they joined the New York company of Disney's Award winning smash hit Aladdin – The Musical. The show's original stars from the original Australian cast have all reunited now performing 8 times a week on the Great White Way consisting of….
Australian performer Ainsley Melham who makes his Broadway debut in the title role,
and
Broadway veteran Michael James Scott (who also previously served as the original Broadway standby) as the showstopping "Genie".
Melham and Scott share the stage alongside continuing cast member Arielle Jacobs as "Princess Jasmine".

She also made Broadway history becoming the first African-American actress to take over the lead role of pregnant pie maker “Jenna” in the Sara Bareilles smash hit.
