DID YOU KNOW: Before being cast as one of "The Fates" in this year's 14 time Tony nominated Hadestown, Yvette Gonzalez-Nacer was already having a worldwide following appearing on the Nickelodeon Junior TV Show The Fresh Beat Band.
The Fresh Beat Band follows 4 best friends who put together a band. They attend music school, graduate, and take the journey to go achieve their lifelong dreams. In each episode, the 4 friends work together to solve problems which they feel inspired and turn it into a song at the end. The music is all original songs by numerous artists.
Gonzalez-Nacer played one of the members of the Fresh Beat Band…. "Kiki" who is super vivacious, bubbly, spunky, and super KICKIN'. She plays guitar, violin, and loves to dance. With her dancing, she also serves as the band's choreographer coming up with some amazing moves.
FUN FACT: Yvette booked the role of "Kiki" on the Fresh Beat Band while she was starring as "Vanessa" on the 1st National Tour of Lin-Manuel Miranda's debut hit In the Heights
