WELCOME TO THE ROCK…. 2.0.!!! Live Theater continues its road to slow but safe comeback. One of those shows back on stage is the international groundbreaking 9/11 musical Come From Away. We are so excited to share with you a brand new trailer for the first ever reimagined and non-English speaking production of the show in Norrköping, Sweden. It's performed entirely in Swedish. Under the direction of Markus Virta and translated by Staffan Berg, it opened earlier this week at the Östgötateatern.
For this presentation of COME FROM AWAY and because we're still coping with safety precautions of the COVID-19 pandemic, the show will be performed for a limited socially-distanced audiences only of 50 people. Of course, the Theater (both everyone on stage, backstage, and your Theatergoers) will be dealing with temperature and health checks.
COME FROM AWAY is expecting to be one of the many shows set to return in 2021 with its current sit-down productions of Christopher Ashley's Award winning staging… on Broadway, in London's West End. in Australia, its North American Tour, and Toronto.
