FIRST LOOK: David Byrne's smash hit acclaimed Broadway concert experience American Utopia is heading to HBO this Fall. Under the direction of the iconic Spike Lee, this filmed performance was recorded during the show's critically acclaimed sold out run at Broadway's Hudson Theatre where it ran for 14 previews and 106 regular performances.
The production has been scheduled to return for a 2nd engagement at Broadway's Hudson Theatre this Fall. However, due to the continuation of the COVID-19 pandemic, it has been postponed. No announcement has been revealed for the newly rescheduled run.
AMERICAN UTOPIA will debut on HBO on October 17th, 2020 at 8pm EST.
