SUGAR, BUTTER, FLOUR, GLOBE! Sara Bareilles’ Tony and Grammy nominated debut hit Waitress the Musical will finally be OPENING UP diners filled with delicious pies all around the world beginning with London’s West End and Australia.
Waitress the Musical – London will begin performances starting February 2019 at the Adelphi Theatre (currently the home of the West End company of Kinky Boots The Musical which is set to close there on January 12th, 2019).
Meanwhile. Waitress The Musical Australia has to wait another year. The Australian company will officially debut in Sydney at the Sydney Lyric Theatre beginning in 2020.
No official casting announcements or official start dates have been made for both London and Australia.
For those who can’t make it to New York City or anywhere in North America, no worries because the world will finally get to know WHAT BAKING CAN DO as WAITRESS goes International.
