WE COULDN’T BE HAPPIER to seeing diversity being celebrated on Broadway. It has just been announced that Broadway veteran Brittney Johnson (the recent Broadway revivals of Les Miserables – Musical and Sunset Boulevard) will be joining the Broadway company of WICKED The Musical and will be making Broadway history with the Award winning Stephen Schwartz musical as the first African American actress ever to understudy the role of “Glinda”. Along with covering the POPULAR blonde witch, Johnson will appear in the Ensemble 8 times a week. Congrats Brittney!!
