Earlier this weekend, rising Broadway actress Molly Franco took center stage in a regional production of The Wizard of Oz incorporating something really moving for people with special needs.

Before the performance, Franco (who played the iconic role of "Dorothy Gale") learned that members of the deaf community were in the audience at Casa Ma?ana (a regional Theater in her hometown of Texas). Molly Franco is a performer originally from Texas but currently living in NYC. She is also well known already by Theater fans through appearing in her longtime boyfriend and now turned fianc? Broadway performer Colby Dezelick's YouTube vlogs documenting their lives living as Musical Theatre actors in New York City. Dezelick (Franco's fianc?) made his Broadway debut in the limited engagement 25th Anniversary revival of Miss Saigon US (appearing in the Ensemble and covering the role of the heartthrob G.I. "Chris"). Most recently, he appeared in the Broadway closing cast of Anastasia The Musical (also appearing in the Ensemble and covering the role of the conman turned modern day Prince Charming "Dmitry").

Brava Molly!! So beautiful.
