LET THE STORM RAGE ON!!! Disney’s criticially acclaimed stage adaptation of the Award winning smash hit
Frozen will be releasing a PROSHOT on
Disney+ next year in 2025!!
The filmed proshot will be a recording of the musical’s London cast. From the stage of the Theatre Royal Drury Lane, it will star the production’s original star
Samantha Barks (Broadway’s
Pretty Woman: The Musical and the original London staging and film adaptations of
Les Miserables) as the icy and powerful SNOW QUEEN herself “Elsa”. No word was mentioned which London cast members from Barks time was filmed.
An official release date will be announced soon.
This proshot will give fans to finally witness the magic and wonder of
Frozen live on stage as it wowed audiences on Broadway, in London’s West End, in Australia, its recently closed North American National Tour (which ended after 5 YEARS), and more.

The Lion King continues to have audiences ROARING on their feet worldwide from our NYC backyard, London’s West End, and more. Now, the show’s ongoing North American National Tour has the ultimate HAKUNA MATTA lineup of new cast members joining this Fall!!!
Starting September 24th, 2024 in Greenville, SC, the new LION KING Tour cast members will include…..
Ensemble member Erick D. Patrick graduating to the show’s titular character of ‘Simba”,
Darnell Abraham (last seen as “George Washington” on the International Tour of
Hamilton) taking on the throne as “King Mufasa”,
Additional Ensemble member Thembelihle Cele taking over the role of the brave “Nala”,
Sam Linda joins as whacky laughing hyena “Ed”,
Judson Williams who will make history as the first African American actor to take on the role of everyone’s favorite warthog “Pumbaa”.
The tour’s current stars Darian Sanders, Gerald Ramsey, John E. Brady, Khalifa White, and Robbie Swift will all take their final PRIDE ROCK bows on September 22nd, 2024.

AND I THINK TO MYSELF!!! This season, Tony Award winner James Monroe Iglehart (Aladdin, Memphis, Hamilton, and last seen in Spamalot) is set to deliver another Broadway showstopping performance as will star as the great legendary ‘Louis Armstrong” in the new musical
A Wonderful World this Fall.
Under the co-direction of Iglehart, plus Christopher Renshaw, and Broadway favorite Christina Sajous, the show will be SWINGIN’ it 8 times a week at the legendary Studio 54. Previews start October 16th, 2024 and will officially open November 11th, 2024.
Tickets are on sale now online. However tomorrow if you’re in the Times Square area, Iglehart will help kick off the opening of the show’s Box Office with a full scale New Orleans style parade with members of the cast and a New Orleans style jazz band at 10am. If will all start in Duffy Square before marching it’s way to Studio 54’s Box Office for a ribbon cutting ceremony.
WONDERFUL WORLD tells the story of New Orleans jazz singer and trumpeter Louis Armstrong’s rise to fame. You can expect many of his notable standards that made him an international name.
It previously played a world premiere out of town tryout in Chicago last year earning rave reviews.
