Listen to 'The Anonymous Ones' From the DEAR EVAN HANSEN Movie!
FIRST LISTEN: This month marks the highly anticipated release of the film adaptation of the Tony, Grammy, and Olivier Award winning smash hit Dear Evan Hansen. As previously announced, this new movie version will include not only the beloved songs from the stage production but new songs as well written by Pasek and Paul.
We are so happy to introduce to all of you the most talked about song in the new film. The song entitled THE ANYONYMOUS ONES is sung by the character of brainiac “Alana Beck” (played by Amandla Stenberg). It’s sung midway through the film. Very relevant song about the underdogs out there.
Along with Stanberg’s version, the song will also be heard in the end credits sung by recording artist SZA.
Both versions will be heard on the soundtrack out the same day the film is released on September 24th, 2021.
