FIRST LOOK: BROADWAY'S BEST series on Great Performances part of the PBS Arts Fall Festival continues this week with the Television premiere of Fiddler: A Miracle Of Miracles.

This powerful and inspiring documentary explores the 50 year legacy of one of Broadway's most cherished timeless musicals Fiddler on the Roof. It follows the unique journey from its early beginnings of early 1960's New York, when TRADITION was on the wane as gender roles, sexuality, race relations and religion. You will explore the creative process it took adapting Sholem Aleichem's best selling novel TEVYE AND HIS DAUGHTERS onto the stage along with its road to the Great Bright Way becoming a Global smash hit.
