MAMA, THEY’RE BIG GIRLS NOW! 2 former Tracy’s will be taking part in NBC’s upcoming televised presentation Hairspray Live. Super Hairspray fans can expect cameo appearances by Emmy award winner Ricki Lake, who brought Tracy to life in the original 1988 film version (which the musical is based on) and Marissa Jaret Winokur, who created the role of Tracy in the original stage production on Broadway earning a 2003 Tony Award for her performance. As previously announced, for the December 7th live presentation, the role of Tracy Turnblad will be played by newcomer Maddie Baillio. Who is excited?! #HairsprayLive
