FIRST LOOK: Coming to your Living Rooms this Spring for 4 weeks only, join some of your favorite Broadway powerhouse performers in their very own 1 hour intimate concert specials on PBS. These 4 week concert specials (airing every Friday night) are all part of the all new STARS IN CONCERT series (as part of the Award winning LIVE FROM LINCOLN CENTER).
The concert specials were filmed this past December 2017 in the Appel Room (part of Jazz at Lincoln Center). Each 1 hour special will feature one of your favorite Broadway stars performing a diverse selection of songs from their career as well as a mix of some of their favorite songs in the worlds of Musical Theatre, Jazz, Standards, and much more along with stories about their road to Broadway.
The STARS IN CONCERT lineup of airings are as follows…
April 20th, 2018:
2 time Tony winner Sutton Foster
-with special guest 2 time Tony nominee Jonathan Groff
April 27th, 2018:
Tony winner Leslie Odom Jr.
May 4th, 2018:
2 time Tony nominee Stephanie J. Block
and May 11th, 2018:
2 time Tony nominee Andrew Rannells.
