S’WONDERFUL NEWS!! As previously announced, the 4 time Tony Award winning smash hit An American in Paris is heading to the big screen.
An American in Paris UK was recently filmed a few months ago featuring the original London cast which starred the show?s original leads from Broadway themselves, Tony nominees Robbie Fairchild and Leanne Kay reprising their roles of ?Jerry Mulligan? and ?Lise Dassin?. The release is scheduled for 2018. No official date confirmed yet.
For those who did not get to see An American In Paris on Broadway which it ran for an amazing 2 years and 652 performances at the Palace Theatre, here is your chance to experience this beautiful show in a movie theater near you.
The show itself is still playing in London?s West End at the Dominion Theatre till January 2018. It is also currently on a US National Tour across America.

The London stage production of AN AMERICAN IN PARIS will be heading to movie theaters worldwide in 2018. Trafalgar Releasing has acquired the theatrical rights to the West End musical, which trasnferred from Broadway after picking up four Tony Awards.
