BREAKING NEWS: Tony Award winner Idina Menzel kicked off the North American leg of her US Tour last night in her hometown of Long Island, NY at NYCB Live (aka the newly renovated Nassau Coliseum).
However, there was a huge problem last night angering FANZELS who bought their tickets months in advanced weren’t scanned and people had tickets in sections that didn’t exist. People complained about the situation and that the staff of the Uniondale venue were extremely rude. Also instead of what is matched by the seating chart, the stage was moved to center halfway through the arena (and also covered by a black curtain). Idina fans who bought tickets and couldn’t get in are demanding refunds.
Prior before starting her first song, Menzel took center stage to apologized and expressed her disappointment in the ticket drama. Menzel said she was waiting with her fans too.

Hundreds of Idina Menzel fans discovered they had tickets but were frozen out of seats at her Friday night concert in the renovated Nassau Coliseum.
