BREAKING NEWS: The 12th Annual Broadway Backwards concert has been announced for March 13th, 2017 at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (home of Kinky Boots on Broadway).
The concert which is a benefit for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center features some of your favorite Broadway performers singing some of your favorite Broadway songs sung by opposite genders (with Guys singing Girls songs, Girls singing Guy songs).
No word has been announced yet who is expecting to perform. Who is excited?

BREAKING NEWS: Telly Leung is set to return to the cast of In Transit Broadway at Circle in the Square on January 31st, 2017.
The Glee, Allegiance – A New Musical, and Godspell star has been on a temporary leave of absence from the show for a month and a half due to a family emergency. Colin Hanlon (recently in the revival of Falsettos on Broadway) has been filling in for Leung in the role of “Steven”.
With Leung returning, no possible plans have been made at the time being for the actor to join the cast of Aladdin – The Musical.
The producers of IN TRANSIT announced today that Telly Leung (Allegiance) will return to the role of ‘Steven’ beginning Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at Circle in the Square Theatre (235 West 50th Street), following a leave of absence due to an unexpected personal family obligation.
