Tonight, the ON Broadway debut of Stefano Massini’s Olivier nominated smash hit Off Broadway and West End 3-person play The Lehman Trilogy (starring Simon Russell Beale, Adam Godley, and Adrian Lester) reaches its long awaited official Opening Night tonight at the Nederlander Theatre.
This production (directed by Tony and Oscar winner Sam Mendes) initially was set to have its Opening Night on March 26th, 2020. However, the plug was pulled on it due to the COVID-19 pandemic causing Broadway to go dark. At the time of the shutdown, it only performed almost a week of previews. It recently returned being able to complete its full 2 1/2 weeks of previews.
The Lehman Trilogy will run on Broadway for a limited engagement through January 2nd, 2022.
